Location: Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This is a remote role requiring 10-25% travel.
Salary: $95,000–$105,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Proactively identify client business needs, pain points, and opportunities to leverage additional solutions.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders.
- Manage key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction goals, support metrics, and turnaround times.
- Partner cross-functionally with product and sales teams to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities.
- Perform regular client visits and attend industry events to represent the company and ensure project execution.
Requirements
- Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of professional client service experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or operational software.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems.
