TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining relationships with homecare industry clients using our end-to-end management platform with an accent on client retention, product demonstration, and strategic problem-solving. Focus on driving customer success metrics, managing complex stakeholder needs, and identifying growth opportunities within a designated client portfolio.

Location: Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This is a remote role requiring 10-25% travel.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify client business needs, pain points, and opportunities to leverage additional solutions.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders.
  • Manage key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction goals, support metrics, and turnaround times.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and sales teams to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform regular client visits and attend industry events to represent the company and ensure project execution.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of professional client service experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or operational software.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems.
