TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts with a focus on adoption, usage, and net retention. Focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, mitigating churn, and driving customer success through data-driven analysis and strategic account planning.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office 2 days a week.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year plus variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including status calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on adoption and usage.
  • Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate within hirify.global.
  • Protect existing revenue streams and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Meet net retention and CSAT/NPS KPIs through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • SaaS Account Management or CSM experience, owning a book of business with targets on net retention.
  • Experience working in a B2B (client-facing) role.
  • A passion to learn the products’ functionality and tech-savvy.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
  • Executive project management skills and able to communicate effectively across the C-suite.
  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office 2 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies.
  • Experience with SFDC, Asana and/or ChurnZero.
  • An HR or HRM background.
