What you will do
- Manage the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned mid-market accounts, including onboarding, retention, and contract renewals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping them leverage the CX platform for maximum business impact.
- Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing portfolios.
- Monitor account health metrics and usage data to proactively mitigate churn risks and address challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to resolve customer needs and advocate for customer feedback.
- Expand product adoption by networking with new contacts and departments within client organizations.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in managing renewals, retention, and revenue expansion metrics.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise on business process improvements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-priority environment with a proactive and resilient approach.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
