Salary: $152,000–$189,750 USD Annually.

- Take ownership of defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs that solve complex problems within our organization.
- Ensure the highest level of quality in project execution, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards and delivering accurate results according to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive and achieve objectives and foster a culture of accountability.
- Work closely with engineering, product, data, and design leaders to align priorities and ensure program objectives align with the tech organization's goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management (startup and healthcare experience is a plus).
- Experience working with Developer Ops, Platform, or Infrastructure teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience working with software developer teams).
- Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs and projects, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
