What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on expansion revenue.
- Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies for add-on product suites.
- Monitor pipeline health, revenue metrics, and performance reporting for the VP of Sales.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide targeted training on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns with market demand and client needs.
- Refine internal sales processes to ensure operational excellence and scalable growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing Account Management teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and able to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
- Deep understanding of sales best practices and methodologies.
- Experience driving expansion sales or upselling to technology buyers.
- Humility and empathy for the unique challenges within the homecare industry.
- Willingness to responsibly adopt AI tools to enhance team productivity.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, including overnight trips.
