Salary: $190,000 – $210,000 USD (Base pay)

What you will do

  • Define and operationalize account assignment and quota strategies for the regional sales team.
  • Coach and mentor Area Vice Presidents to ensure high performance and career development.
  • Develop and execute a new Go-To-Market playbook tailored for high-value Large Pharma clients.
  • Act as a senior closer for stalled opportunities and complex enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate across internal functions to align business needs with contractual customer requirements.
  • Monitor and revise sales strategies to ensure consistent ARR growth and client retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling SaaS, analytics, or RWE/RWD solutions within the Life Sciences industry.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading teams of 5 or more sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of market access, brand strategy, and patient-level data.
  • Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills for managing high-profile customer relationships.
  • Must be based in the United States and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Established network of Pharma/Biopharma relationships.
  • Experience managing or building AI agentic workflows.
