What you will do
- Define and operationalize account assignment and quota strategies for the regional sales team.
- Coach and mentor Area Vice Presidents to ensure high performance and career development.
- Develop and execute a new Go-To-Market playbook tailored for high-value Large Pharma clients.
- Act as a senior closer for stalled opportunities and complex enterprise deals.
- Collaborate across internal functions to align business needs with contractual customer requirements.
- Monitor and revise sales strategies to ensure consistent ARR growth and client retention.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling SaaS, analytics, or RWE/RWD solutions within the Life Sciences industry.
- 5+ years of management experience leading teams of 5 or more sales professionals.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of market access, brand strategy, and patient-level data.
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills for managing high-profile customer relationships.
- Must be based in the United States and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
