What you will do

• Configure and maintain application and entitlement data within the Flexera toolset.
• Routinely audit data quality, identify discrepancies, and remediate gaps in compliance.
• Analyze Microsoft licensing contracts to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify asset data and report on software license health.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Software Asset Management team using Lean Agile methodologies.
• Support continuous service improvement to enhance asset management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to St. Louis, MO
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management, analytical, or business roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-level Microsoft software agreements and licensing terms.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to relate findings to business impact.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting complex software license contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Microsoft software audits.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Ariba, or similar enterprise asset management tools.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
