What you will do
- Lead UK business development activities and act as the primary in-market sales representative.
- Prospect and pursue new client opportunities within enterprise and upper mid-market segments.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with CIOs, QA leaders, and Transformation executives.
- Execute a business plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive client meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or tech recruitment.
- Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing mid-to-enterprise deals.
- Strong consultative sales mindset with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for C-suite interaction.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

- Prior experience in software testing, DevOps, or quality engineering.
- Demonstrated success navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
