TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel within the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead UK business development activities and act as the primary in-market sales representative.
  • Prospect and pursue new client opportunities within enterprise and upper mid-market segments.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with CIOs, QA leaders, and Transformation executives.
  • Execute a business plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive client meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or tech recruitment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing mid-to-enterprise deals.
  • Strong consultative sales mindset with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for C-suite interaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in software testing, DevOps, or quality engineering.
  • Demonstrated success navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
