What you will do
- Target enterprise customers globally to drive sales for training courses, corporate memberships, and event sponsorships.
- Develop and manage strategic channel partnerships, reseller opportunities, and complex licensing programs.
- Partner with Executives to execute comprehensive growth strategies and provide data-driven insights.
- Oversee the full sales cycle using CRM tools to track progress and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to increase market reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or related fields in technology or professional services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise sales.
- Expertise in developing and managing licensing or reseller programs.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales/business development technologies.
- Experience running international sales and new business programs.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Previous experience in the workforce training or adult education sectors.
