What you will do

  • Target enterprise customers globally to drive sales for training courses, corporate memberships, and event sponsorships.
  • Develop and manage strategic channel partnerships, reseller opportunities, and complex licensing programs.
  • Partner with Executives to execute comprehensive growth strategies and provide data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle using CRM tools to track progress and achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to increase market reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or related fields in technology or professional services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in developing and managing licensing or reseller programs.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales/business development technologies.
  • Experience running international sales and new business programs.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience in the workforce training or adult education sectors.
