TL;DR

Vice President, Channel Sales & Partner Ecosystem (EdTech): Leading the global go-to-market partner strategy and scaling international revenue growth with an accent on building ecosystems of resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. Focus on designing scalable partner programs, driving indirect revenue, and managing high-performing partner account teams.

Location: Must be based in Europe (Remote or Hybrid, 2 days in-office where applicable).

What you will do

  • Define and execute a global channel sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Recruit and develop high-impact strategic partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Lead and mentor inside sales and partner account teams to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Design and optimize the global partner program, including incentives, tiering, and certification frameworks.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics across the partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior channel or partner ecosystem roles.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Proven track record in EdTech or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience working with Higher Education vendors.
