Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle for a 2-day hybrid schedule.

Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 + benefits + equity.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences across iOS, Android, Tablet, and Web platforms.
• Own design execution from initial concept through to final implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the product design system.
• Collaborate strategically with product and engineering teams to influence product direction.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior design team members.
• Push the boundaries of innovation within a high-impact, small-scale design team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-time Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design foundations and end-to-end process ownership.
• Expertise in design systems and scalable design processes.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions.
• Must be available for a 2-day hybrid work schedule in San Francisco or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Degree in HCI, Web/Media Design, or Human-Centered/UI/UX design.
