What you will do

• Lead data analysis and modeling activities for high-impact healthcare projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into logical, conceptual, and physical data models.
• Develop source-to-target mapping templates and technical specifications for ETL processes.
• Perform rigorous data profiling, validation, and testing to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with product owners, business SMEs, and solution architects to drive data strategy.
• Manage technical tasks and evolving requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Modeler
• Must be based in the United States
• Deep expertise in ER and dimensional modeling (Star, Snowflake, Constellation, 3NF)
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools like Erwin, ER Studio, or IDA
• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis, profiling, and validation
• Proven experience in an agile software delivery model

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain including Claims, EMRs, and EHR
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Spark, or Databricks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Quality
• Scrum Master or Product Owner experience
