Marketing Data Analyst (Health-Tech)

What you will do

• Extract, transform, and validate member data using Snowflake to produce audit-ready lists for email, SMS, and print communications.
• Develop and maintain automated data validation workflows to identify gaps, duplicates, and eligibility mismatches before list delivery.
• Manage suppression and exclusion logic, ensuring regulatory opt-outs and client-specific rules are strictly applied across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on list specifications, field mapping, and pre-send data checks.
• Partner with the centralized Data team to align on Snowflake data models and contribute to shared data quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of transformation logic and business rules to support regulatory compliance and auditability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Protected Health Information (PHI) and working knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake for writing complex queries and data transformations.
• Experience building validation logic and reconciling data across multiple internal systems.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a shared data infrastructure (e.g., contributing to or consuming dbt models).
• Prior experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry.
