What you will do

• Collaborate with retail partners to execute effective growth strategies and trade marketing displays.
• Manage the local marketing budget and ensure brand assets align with regional requirements.
• Secure and negotiate media opportunities including catalogue, online, and in-store placements.
• Optimize product listings and online presence across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to retailers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing within retail, toys, or fast-paced industries.
• Fluent English and German proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape and industry trends in the DACH region.
• Expertise in trade, digital, and local marketing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and G Suite.
