What you will do
- Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement across retail channels in the Benelux region.
- Localize global marketing initiatives to align with regional market trends, cultural nuances, and specific retail partner needs.
- Collaborate with retailer marketing and commercial teams to enhance brand positioning across all regional touchpoints.
- Brief, create, and deploy effective point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, and digital activations across various platforms.
- Plan and execute trade and retail events, including partner activations and experiential pop-ups to drive brand visibility and sell-through.
- Monitor account performance and use data-driven insights to optimize trade strategies and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in trade, brand, or retail marketing within consumer electronics or premium goods.
- Proven track record of managing distributor and third-party retail partner relationships in the France/Benelux region.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behaviors in the Benelux region.
- Ability to execute high-quality omnichannel campaigns across physical and digital retail environments.
- Must reside in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg.
- Willingness to travel (25%) across the region and to HQ in Boston.
