What you will do

• Lead market growth for Eastern Europe, with accountability for subscription and pay-per-view revenue performance.
• Drive end-to-end execution of major campaigns, from brief through post-campaign analysis.
• Adapt global campaigns for Eastern European audiences, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Identify and activate partnerships across media, talent, social, and influencer channels.
• Use performance data to continuously improve channel efficiency, audience targeting, and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, insights, product, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications role, with a strong track record of executing campaigns in Poland and Eastern European markets.
• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy, including paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience driving measurable results across acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
• Background in a fast-paced, subscription-led, content, or entertainment business.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
