What you will do
- Generate and qualify new sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers to identify business opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Manage and organize sales pipeline data efficiently.
- Iterate on outreach techniques based on metrics and feedback to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting and objection handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-moving, evolving startup work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
