What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers to identify business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Manage and organize sales pipeline data efficiently.
  • Iterate on outreach techniques based on metrics and feedback to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability in outbound prospecting and objection handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-moving, evolving startup work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
