What you will do
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from free trial sign-ups.
- Execute daily outreach through multiple communication channels to engage prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and business pain points.
- Book and coordinate high-quality demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment on messaging.
- Maintain and update lead follow-up records to ensure pipeline health.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or tech sales.
- Must be based in New York, United States.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong discipline in objection handling and demo confirmation.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Driven, independent, and curious personality with a desire to grow into an AE role.
