What you will do
- Onboard, train, and coach SDRs to meet individual and team goals.
- Develop and scale outbound sales playbooks and frameworks.
- Set and monitor KPIs to improve pipeline quality and velocity.
- Align with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to enhance pipeline handoff and conversion.
- Analyze performance trends and report insights to leadership.
- Lead team meetings and ensure CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Miami, FL, USA
- 6+ years in sales or sales development with 3+ years in people management.
- Experience building or scaling SDR teams in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting methods including cold calling and email sequences.
- Data-oriented leadership with ability to use metrics and dashboards for decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations.
