What you will do

  • Onboard, train, and coach SDRs to meet individual and team goals.
  • Develop and scale outbound sales playbooks and frameworks.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to improve pipeline quality and velocity.
  • Align with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to enhance pipeline handoff and conversion.
  • Analyze performance trends and report insights to leadership.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Miami, FL, USA
  • 6+ years in sales or sales development with 3+ years in people management.
  • Experience building or scaling SDR teams in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting methods including cold calling and email sequences.
  • Data-oriented leadership with ability to use metrics and dashboards for decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations.
