TL;DR

Account Manager, Partnerships (AI): Driving successful model launches and infrastructure adoption with enterprise partners with an accent on revenue growth, co-selling, and cross-functional program management. Focus on orchestrating complex technical integrations for generative AI models and managing long-term strategic relationships to ensure partner success and scalability.

Location: Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco

Compensation: $220,000–$270,000 OTE + equity + comprehensive benefits package

hirify.global is building the foundational infrastructure layer for the generative AI era to empower enterprises to deploy and scale multimodal AI applications.

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key partners, ensuring business goals are met.
  • Lead the execution of Model Launch Programs to ensure successful deployment.
  • Collaborate on co-selling, marketing initiatives, and product integrations.
  • Drive consumption-based revenue targets and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Work with partners to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring technical and strategic support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, ideally in AI or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience in Infrastructure GTM or as an Account Executive.
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and generative model deployment.
  • Expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to relocate to San Francisco (Visa sponsorship available).
