What you will do

  • Optimize the core tech stack, including Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau, to support global forecasting and pipeline enablement.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to establish best-in-class forecasting accuracy and reporting cadences.
  • Manage end-to-end data reconciliation for the Opportunity pipeline to ensure absolute data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to align on pipeline crediting and quota tracking.
  • Drive tool adoption and lead change management initiatives across forecasting and pipeline workflows.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce, specifically in forecasting architecture and data hygiene.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Clari administration and CPQ.
  • Solid understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions.
