What you will do

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, identifying enhancements and promoting usage.
• Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and provide recommendations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Execute database queries and program data analysis.
• Gather and prioritize user requirements.
• Manage projects and client communication, influencing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming).
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proficiency with database and analysis tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Excel) and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate complex concepts.
• Must live within commuting distance of the Chicago office and be willing to work a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Nice to have

• Ability to create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS.
