What you will do
- Own and grow sales across assigned strategic OEM accounts and enterprise customers.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to market dynamics and customer needs.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
- Act as a customer advocate, influencing internal product priorities and roadmaps.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in AIoT, Robotics, and Consumer AI markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management within automotive or technology-driven B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large OEM or enterprise accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- High proficiency in both Japanese and English (oral and written).
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in AIoT, robotics, or consumer devices segments.
- Established network and deep understanding of the automotive OEM landscape.
