What you will do

• Manage and expand 2-tier channel business including Distributors, SIs, and resellers.
• Execute account and territory planning to act as a trusted advisor to partners.
• Develop new business opportunities through hunting and solution selling.
• Maintain precise revenue forecasting and tracking within Salesforce.
• Conduct marketing activities including webinars, tradeshows, and workshops.
• Perform public presentations and coordinate with legal departments on contract management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Japanese required.
• Minimum 6 years of partner account management and sales experience, ideally in software.
• Proven track record in solution selling and partner engagement.
• Strong presentation and listening skills for diverse technical and business audiences.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
