What you will do
- Build and execute a territory plan targeting enterprise named customers across Japan.
- Drive new business sales through both direct engagement and channel partnerships.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-Level stakeholders to maximize the potential of automation.
- Develop strategic account plans to ensure long-term growth and customer success.
- Collaborate closely with local SDR, CSM, and marketing teams to scale regional presence.
- Report directly to the Director of Sales and Partnerships, Japan.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of direct enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS).
- Proven track record in generating new business and managing enterprise accounts.
- Fluent Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with strong prioritization skills.
