What you will do

  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting enterprise named customers across Japan.
  • Drive new business sales through both direct engagement and channel partnerships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-Level stakeholders to maximize the potential of automation.
  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure long-term growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with local SDR, CSM, and marketing teams to scale regional presence.
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales and Partnerships, Japan.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of direct enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS).
  • Proven track record in generating new business and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Fluent Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with strong prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in English for international stakeholder communication.
  • Existing network and relationships within Japanese enterprise businesses.
  • Experience in the automation or integration technology space.
