What you will do

• Design and demo hirify.global’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve customer needs.
• Work directly with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM function.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Improve Agents through customer-driven product development.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Professional fluency in both French and English.
• Past experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers in the GTM function.
• Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
• Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry).
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
