Senior Sales Development Representative

What you will do

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through phone, email, social media, and chat outreach.
• Validate marketing-generated demand and engage key members of the buying group.
• Nurture prospect groups to foster meaningful interactions and determine interest levels.
• Manage account information and lead qualification activities in Salesforce.
• Coordinate sales efforts across the internal and channel sales teams.
• Meet monthly KPIs related to lead conversion, lead generation, and meeting scheduling.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in outbound calling or revenue development.
• Experience in IT sales, particularly with cloud solutions.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Strong adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities.
