What you will do

  • Develop and execute business expansion strategies for large enterprise customers within the region.
  • Generate revenue through direct sales and strategic partnerships with system resellers and integrators.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, aligning activities with complex customer buying cycles.
  • Develop and present technical proposals that demonstrate how VAST solutions meet core business objectives.
  • Prospect into large accounts to engage decision-makers and close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships post-sale to expand the company's footprint within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Japan
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with large enterprise customers.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct enterprise-level sales.
  • Solid experience in developing sales regions from the ground up with limited resources.
  • Strong knowledge of storage industry architectures, including NFS and Object Storage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise office tools.
