What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across technical, product, and GTM functions in the US and EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, talent availability, and market realities.
• Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead and coordinate onboarding and adaptation of new hires.
• Maintain and optimize our ATS, ensuring clean data and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house or in fast-growing companies.
• Strong understanding of the US and EMEA talent markets.
• Proven success hiring across technical, product, and GTM roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence in building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managers.
