What you will do
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the UK, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market, and operational functions.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on org design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience.
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical current and future roles across key markets.
- Run structured hiring processes that are fast, fair, and outcome-focused.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.
- Partner on key People initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, learning and development programs, headcount planning, compensation considerations, and succession tracking for the UK team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from a high-growth environment such as a startup, scale-up, or VC-backed company.
- Strong track record of hiring across commercial and strategic roles such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy.
- Ability to think holistically about talent and how it connects to business outcomes.
- Experience seeing rapid growth and building foundational systems while executing at pace.
- Naturally collaborative and consultative, comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward independently.
- Passion for people, whether identifying talent, enabling performance, or supporting long-term growth.
