What you will do
- Develop and execute full-cycle hiring strategies for Sales roles across the EMEA region.
- Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Partner with leadership to set hiring benchmarks and metrics using market data.
- Lead workforce planning decisions and provide accurate forecasting for the business.
- Ensure a positive interview experience while driving Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a recruiting environment, ideally in-house within the SaaS, Data, or AI space.
- Proven success recruiting Sales professionals from entry-level to Director.
- Experience building strategic partnerships cross-functionally within a high-growth software company.
- Ability to mentor and share recruiting expertise across the wider team.
- Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
