What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop creative sourcing strategies for a hyper-competitive market.
• Identify and engage top-tier GTM talent across various professional platforms.
• Craft personalized outreach to generate interest and build high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and articulate the mission and career opportunities at hirify.global.
• Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and funnel health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of GTM sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage startups.
• Deep familiarity with Sales and Marketing talent profiles.
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and X.
• Excellent communication and outreach skills to engage top talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
