What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and technical roles, from initial sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective scorecards.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
• Design and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms to support company growth.
• Strengthen the employer brand via LinkedIn, industry events, and referral programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to own recruitment roles end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate closing capabilities.
• Deep professional interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, organized, and results-driven culture.
