What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, managing the process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with GTM leaders to calibrate talent needs, define roles, and make high-quality hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Identify and execute improvements for recruiting strategy, employer branding, and interview processes.
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership regarding market dynamics and candidate sentiment.
• Use data and recruiting metrics to analyze performance and drive process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA
• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and successfully close candidates.
• Experience in effectively communicating the value of early-stage opportunities, equity, and long-term growth.
• High capacity for handling shifting priorities, ambiguity, and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Demonstrated builder mindset with experience creating or improving processes and team practices.
