What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute regional sales strategy, including territory planning and complex deal management.
- Collaborate with GTM and product leadership to refine market positioning and ICPs.
- Manage forecasting, performance metrics, and data-driven territory health assessments.
- Build and scale sales processes to ensure predictable growth and effective handoffs.
- Recruit and enable top-tier sales talent to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML software companies.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets and managing long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management and CRM tools.
- Ability to translate technical product value into business outcomes for engineering stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
