What you will do

• Protect the ecosystem by enforcing Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• Investigate and resolve sensitive escalations including safety issues, abuse, and technical bugs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to address complex platform issues.
• Analyze user feedback on new features to support product rollouts.
• Handle sensitive content including graphic material and hate speech.
• Drive organizational projects and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Singapore without work pass sponsorship.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex case resolution.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
