What you will do
- Lead the full onboarding process, including requirements gathering and account configuration.
- Manage a dedicated book of business, fostering long-term relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate client feedback into strategic roadmap improvements.
- Conduct webinars and client training to ensure effective product adoption and value realization.
- Analyze client needs to develop scalable success processes across the APAC region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to solve complex challenges and align service delivery with client objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a SaaS Customer Success role.
- Proven track record managing complex client onboarding and technical implementations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Must be based in Singapore or Thailand.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively.
- Thai language proficiency is preferred.
