TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the full onboarding process, including requirements gathering and account configuration.
  • Manage a dedicated book of business, fostering long-term relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate client feedback into strategic roadmap improvements.
  • Conduct webinars and client training to ensure effective product adoption and value realization.
  • Analyze client needs to develop scalable success processes across the APAC region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to solve complex challenges and align service delivery with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a SaaS Customer Success role.
  • Proven track record managing complex client onboarding and technical implementations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Must be based in Singapore or Thailand.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively.
  • Thai language proficiency is preferred.
