What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot API and SDK integration issues using Python and TypeScript.
• Reproduce customer-reported bugs and collaborate with Engineering to implement fixes.
• Manage technical communication with developers via Slack and email.
• Create and maintain documentation to streamline support and unblock future issues.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and shape the technical roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues.

Requirements

• 3-8+ years of experience in technical support or developer success roles.
• Proficiency in reading, debugging, and reasoning through Python and TypeScript codebases.
• Strong ability to learn and troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Must be able to work in or collaborate during San Francisco, New York, London, or Singapore time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML infrastructure, observability platforms, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Experience contributing PRs to production-grade backend or SDK code.
