What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and software.
• Collaborate with software development and QA teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Utilize SQL, JQL, and Power BI to analyze issue trends and report insights to stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools to evaluate RMA data and product improvement effectiveness.
• Maintain clear documentation of technical workflows and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency or strong foundational knowledge in SQL or JQL.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to experiment with AI-driven productivity and support tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patterns in data.

Nice to have
