What you will do
- Own the post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding, AI adoption, and renewal execution.
- Develop and implement success plans to help customers achieve specific business objectives.
- Lead AI workshops to build and deploy tailored workflows for key accounts.
- Conduct business reviews with senior stakeholders to demonstrate value and outcomes.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and influence the development roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal.
- Strong discovery skills to identify client challenges and design creative solutions.
- Ability to comfortably engage with technical concepts and implement AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting value to senior audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively cross-functionally.
