What you will do
- Deliver superior support experiences to global enterprise clients.
- Resolve technical incidents and handle service requests efficiently.
- Contribute to infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation efforts.
- Support the evolution of Agent Mesh by integrating agentic AI capabilities.
- Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours support.
- Collaborate with regional and global engineering teams to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in a technical role such as software development or technical support.
- Strong background in TCP networking, concepts, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux System Administration.
- Development experience in Java, C, or .NET.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Must be legally able to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of messaging protocols (JMS, MQTT, AMQP, REST).
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience deploying NLP tools or using AI analytics for ticket routing and sentiment analysis.
- Familiarity with enterprise messaging products like Kafka or TIBCO.
