TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (AI): Providing technical support for event-driven architecture and messaging solutions with an accent on complex incident resolution, infrastructure automation, and AI-driven service improvements. Focus on troubleshooting enterprise-grade environments, managing on-call rotations, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge agentic AI capabilities.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Deliver superior support experiences to global enterprise clients.
  • Resolve technical incidents and handle service requests efficiently.
  • Contribute to infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation efforts.
  • Support the evolution of hirify.global Agent Mesh by integrating agentic AI capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours support.
  • Collaborate with regional and global engineering teams to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in a technical role such as software development or technical support.
  • Strong background in TCP networking, concepts, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux System Administration.
  • Development experience in Java, C, or .NET.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.
  • Must be legally able to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of messaging protocols (JMS, MQTT, AMQP, REST).
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience deploying NLP tools or using AI analytics for ticket routing and sentiment analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise messaging products like Kafka or TIBCO.
