What you will do

• Investigate and resolve sensitive escalations related to trust and safety, abuse, and platform functionality.
• Enforce Community Guidelines and Terms of Service to protect the user ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and report bugs and app functionality issues.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback on new feature rollouts to drive product improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Marketing, and Comms on cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive organizational projects and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar support platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex cases with strong critical thinking.
• Subject matter expertise in Trust & Safety processes.
• Must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
