What you will do

• Architect and build production-grade systems for strategic customer pilots.
• Design and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations for the AI agent platform.
• Engineer secure, high-performance integrations with external systems focusing on observability and maintainability.
• Translate complex customer requirements into generalized product capabilities.
• Own the full technical lifecycle of key deployments, including scaling and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong coding and system design skills with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Experience building external integrations and working in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup as a founding or early engineer.
• Background in enterprise sales cycles or complex technical support.
• Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation domains.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agent-based systems.
