• Develop enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up to automate complex industry workflows.
• Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and translate them into technical requirements.

• Collaborate with research scientists and the engineering team to solve scalable backend challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work daily from the San Francisco office.
• Strong sense of ownership and grit to thrive in a high-paced startup environment.
