Salary: $155,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered insurance solutions for global insurance clients.
• Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and deliver tailored product integrations.
• Experiment with agentic workflows, orchestration systems, and LLM-enabled insurance applications.
• Bridge the gap between AI innovation and client-specific technical requirements.
• Drive product roadmap features in partnership with engineering and product teams.
• Build and document best practices and reusable solution templates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or related roles in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in Python.
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available for in-person work in San Francisco, CA.
