What you will do

• Build and maintain agent infrastructure, including MCP integrations and shared knowledge systems.
• Develop onboarding and documentation to make AI workflows accessible and efficient for all engineers.
• Instrument productivity metrics to track agent effectiveness and team velocity.
• Manage experimentation cycles to evaluate new AI tools and synthesize best practices.
• Lead internal trainings, office hours, and demos to foster an AI-native engineering culture.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization.
• Strong experience as an engineer building reliable systems and internal tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction without formal authority.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurement and system-wide velocity.

Nice to have

• Background in platform engineering or developer experience.
• Experience with LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and prompt regression testing.
• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations for AI workflows.
• Track record of implementing internal tool adoption at scale.
