Design Engineer (AI): Developing the core user experience for an AI observability platform with an accent on UI, API, and SDK integration. Focus on building robust design systems and owning the product lifecycle to empower engineers and PMs in improving AI production models.

What you will do

Develop the core user experience across the product's UI, API, and SDK.
Design products that support engineers and product managers running experiments, analyzing user behavior, and exploring new ideas.
Work directly with users to understand their needs and contribute to the product roadmap.
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and ideation through design and implementation.
Partner with product and engineering teams to establish and implement a design system.

Requirements

Experience designing zero-to-one B2B products with complex requirements.
Familiarity with modern developer tools and a willingness to share a GitHub portfolio.
Experience owning problems end to end and independently acquiring missing knowledge.
Ability to work effectively with loosely defined problems, competing priorities, and deadlines.
