Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Estimated base salary: $180K–$250K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own meaningful sections of the product and infrastructure end-to-end.
• Design, implement, and ship features across user interfaces, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Build and improve major parts of the web application.
• Optimize and scale voice AI infrastructure, focusing on latency, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to shape product direction.
• Release frequently and iterate based on real user feedback.

Requirements

• Strong generalist engineering skills with excellence in either frontend or backend development.
• Frontend expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, user experience, and clean architecture.
• Backend experience with Go and the ability to build reliable, scalable systems.
• Product-minded approach with an understanding of trade-offs between speed, quality, and scale.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
