AI Engineer

Location: Fully onsite in San Francisco, California, 5 days per week

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD base pay annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered agent infrastructure platform for enterprise revenue teams, using causality-preserving revenue data and deterministic agent workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve backend systems powering agentic AI features across the platform.
• Design, build, and maintain agents for sales and marketing workflows using modern agent frameworks.
• Develop backend services in Node.js that support autonomous agents.
• Build context management pipelines and manage thousands of stateful agents.
• Deploy frequently to production while maintaining high engineering quality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications or agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and orchestrating multi-agent systems, including agent state, memory, and context management.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and providers such as Braintrust, Cerebras, and LangChain.
• Understanding of multi-model architectures and routing tasks across LLMs for cost, speed, and quality tradeoffs.
• Commitment to working onsite 5 days per week at the San Francisco headquarters.
