What you will do

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for enterprise sales and client development roles.
  • Build targeted pipelines in competitive markets like financial services and legal.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
  • Provide market insights on compensation and talent availability to inform strategy.
  • Drive proactive sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and candidate calibration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success hiring for quota-carrying sales and client-facing positions.
  • Experience sourcing in competitive talent markets with limited inbound pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of sales hiring profiles and compensation structures.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for AI, data, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience hiring within financial services, private capital, or legal markets.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI or enterprise transformation roles.
